When it comes to training and nutrition, we don’t believe that one size fits all, and so we customise everything to the individual and their unique goals. We work with our clients to ensure that the training and nutrition plan they follow works in with their lifestyle. There are no extreme measures, and the changes in your body will be achieved in a healthy, sustainable way that will set you up to achieve your dream body and keep it for life!

We have helped women all of the world lose large amounts of weight and keep it off. We have helped girls build lean muscle and build feminine curves with the right weight training techniques. We have helped girls learn to fuel their bodies with the right nutrition instead of starving themselves. But most importantly, we have helped girls build confidence, inner strength and happiness that has improved their overall quality of life.

Meet the Team

Bec Cameron: HEAD COACH

I’m a Women’s Health and Fitness Coach specialising in female fat loss, competition prep coaching and holistic lifestyle management with 11 years industry experience. I’m passionate about helping women achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable way that they actually enjoy, while improving overall quality of life through stress management, sleep hygiene and addressing any digestive or hormonal issues at play.

Health and fitness has been a pivotal part of my life since a young age. Fitness (specifically, weight training) helped me to overcome some of the most challenging times in my life and helped me build confidence, mental resilience and empowered me to deal with the stressors in my life. When I was young, I was always self-conscious, shy and hated my body. I under-ate and over-exercised in a bid to always be thinner. It wasn’t until I discovered weight training and tracking my macros that I was able to break free of that extreme restriction and start nourishing my body with enough food and training because I love my body, not because I hate it. This is why I started working as a Coach, so that I could help other girls learn to love their bodies, develop a healthy attitude toward exercise and food, and achieve a body shape they feel confident with. I wanted to show others how health and fitness can transform your life, like it did mine.

I’ve also been competing in bikini competitions for the past 6 years, winning 4 x Bikini Open Titles, 2nd place at ICN World Championships and coaching 24 x 1st place competitors.

Emma Morgan: COACH

I’m qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a passion for creating a balanced lifestyle approach for my clients, helping them to enjoy the process to achieve their results and also to sustain them.

My own health and fitness journey has not been an easy one-  I, like many women tried EVERYTHING. I went through many weight-loss stints; starving myself on 1200 calories, doing hours and hours of cardio, restricting certain foods and food groups. I’d lose weight but it would always came back,  plus more.

A few years ago I was fed up with my own behaviours, unhappiness, lack of confidence, and vicious cycles and I made the ultimate commitment to myself to change. I learnt how to flexible diet, started focusing on weight training and lost a huge 12kgs while still eating foods I loved. I finally found an approach that I enjoyed and allowed me to still have balance and a social life! For the first time, I sustained my results and found a lifestyle I can live and enjoy every day. Since then I have even prepped for my first Bikini Competition where I took out an Open title!

I’m also super passionate about mindset and mental health and believe that building a strong body helps to build a strong mind. I believe all women deserve to be their happiest, healthiest and most confident self and love helping women to not just look their best, but feel their best too while living a lifestyle they enjoy.
